Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at eryncummingskh@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final sale items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item first and place a new order after the return is accepted.

For EU orders, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
